What we collect

Only what you voluntarily provide through the contact form:

• Work email address
• Company and industry
• The content of your message

Purpose

Data is used solely to answer your enquiry, prepare a commercial proposal where relevant, and maintain the communication thread tied to that contact. It is not used for unsolicited marketing and is not cross-referenced with other sources.

Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent, given when you submit the form, and on the legitimate interest of responding to commercial enquiries addressed to the company.

Retention

We keep the data for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and, if a commercial relationship begins, for the duration of that relationship plus any applicable statutory retention periods. It is deleted afterwards.

Recipients

We do not sell or transfer personal data to third parties, other than the technology providers required to deliver the service (website hosting and email), who act as processors and are bound by confidentiality obligations.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or portability of your data, and object to its processing, at any time by writing to info@touristiclab.com. We respond within the timeframes set by applicable law.

Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration. No system is infallible, but we treat security as part of the product rather than an add-on.
