02 — Why Touristic Lab
From inside the operation, outward
Touristic Lab was not born in a development office looking at tourism from a distance. It was born inside parks and resorts in Bávaro, solving concrete problems: a box office overwhelmed on a Sunday, invoicing that would not reconcile with the tax authority, a staff roster that changed every week.
That is where our platforms came from. TourOSS covers the booking-to-invoice flow of activity tourism. SnapSplash turns park photography into recurring revenue. Xalary brings order to the payroll of a workforce that doubles in high season. ToursPay centralises collection arriving through four different channels.
We work from the Dominican Republic and serve Latin America and the Caribbean. Our market is real tourism operations: water and theme parks, tour operators, DMCs, agencies and resorts that need software built by someone who has stood behind the counter.
